Biography
Dr Simon Waller is a consultant children's kidney specialist (nephrologist). After studying mathematics, he took a gap year and a half before returning to study medicine as a mature student.
Simon spent three months as a junior doctor on a children's kidney ward at Guy's Hospital, after which he decided to pursue a career in children's kidney medicine (nephrology).
Simon completed his training in 2006 and became a consultant at the Royal Sick Children’s Hospital in Glasgow.
He returned to Evelina London in 2009.
