Please send your written referral by email or post using the contact details in the referral contacts box on this page.
Referrals are accepted from GPs or local consultants.
Urgent referrals
During office hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm), please call us on 020 7188 0848.
Emergency referrals
Please call the hospital switchboard on 020 7188 7188 and ask to speak to the metabolic registrar or consultant on call.
