For creating a wonderfully caring and safe atmosphere on her ward area, always showing patience and kindness, and putting her life and soul into her job every day.

For creating a culture of reporting and improvement in our PICU, constantly developing solutions to issues around clinical governance, whilst always staying ahead of the curve.
