If your child has been invited for a face-to-face appointment or procedure, it’s important you still come unless you hear otherwise.
To help keep everyone safe, only one parent or carer can attend. No other family or friends can visit.

Heart services – counsellors

Counselling for parents

Mollie Cook (counselling psychologist), Caroline Stedman (counsellor) and Louise O'Connell (counsellor and psychotherapist) provide a confidential counselling service for any parent of a child being cared for within our children's services.

What is counselling and who is it for?

Counselling aims to provide a safe space for you to think through your experiences and help make sense of difficult feelings.

Mollie, Caroline and Louise are here to help self-exploration in ways that respect your values, personal resources and capacity for choice.

The counselling team can be contacted on 020 7188 4538.
