The winning Evelina London logo

Evelina London’s new logo, developed with the help of our young patients, fought off tough competition to win ‘Best rebrand in the healthcare sector’ at the Transform awards last night (Tuesday 1 April).

The logo was also highly commended for ‘Best implementation of a rebrand’ for its creative use around the hospitals - on stickers for patients, lanyards, badges, and signs.

Evelina London’s logo was created with help from patients who took part in a finger painting session - and some of their fingerprints were used to make up the logo.

It was launched on 1 July 2013 after patients, their families and staff came together to help choose the name, which reflects Evelina London’s location at the heart of the capital.

The Transform awards are a global celebration of rebranding and recognise best practice across all business sectors.
