Biography

Dr John Jackman has been a consultant at Evelina London since 2001. He is a general paediatrician (children's doctor) and liaison paediatrician for the emergency department. He has been head of service for general paediatrics (children's medicine) since 2004.

Dr Jackman was lead for paediatric postgraduate training at Evelina London from 2005 to 2012.

Education and training

Dr Jackman qualified from Oxford University (BA) and St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London (MBBS).

He trained in paediatrics in London and Sydney and was entered on the specialist register in 2001. He is a Fellow and examiner elect of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH).
