Most referrals to our service are made internally by the team caring for your child, with the agreement of the consultant.
We also accept external referrals from local hospitals and care centres that are unable to offer the p-OPAT service. Any healthcare professional can refer.
How to refer
Internal staff should discuss the referral with the infectious diseases team via smartpage.
External referrers should discuss the referral with the infectious diseases team via switch board.
