Who can refer
We accept referrals through the south east of England from GPs, community paediatricians, consultants and community therapists.
How to refer
Please email or post a written referral using the contact details in the referral contacts box on this page. Please include:
- reason for the referral
- relevant medical history
- up-to-date assessment report from relevant multi-disciplinary professional as appropriate.
If a child is suffering from severe spasticity and/or musculoskeletal pain, then please call the team to discuss an urgent referral/review.
