Stroke service referrals

Who can refer

We accept referrals from paediatricians, children’s neurologists and other medical consultants.

How to refer

Please send written referrals by email or post using the details from the referral contacts box on this page. Include a specific diagnostic or management question addressed to one of the following clinics:

• stroke clinic (joint medical and occupational therapy clinic)
• stroke and acquired brain injury recovery clinic (occupational therapy clinic)
• medical stroke clinic.

Urgent/emergency referrals

For urgent or emergency referrals, please contact the on call children’s neurology registrar via the main hospital switchboard on 020 7188 7188.
