Stroke service referrals

Who can refer

• We accept referrals from paediatricians, children's neurologists and other medical consultants for the neonatal stroke clinic (joint medical and occupational therapy clinic) and medical stroke clinic.
• We accept referrals from paediatricians, children's neurologists and other medical consultants and GPs for stroke and acquired brain injury recovery clinic (occupational therapy and neuropsychology clinic).

How to refer

Please send written referrals by email or post using the details from the referral contacts box on this page. Include a specific diagnostic or management question addressed to one of the following clinics:

• neonatal stroke clinic (joint medical and occupational therapy clinic)
• medical stroke clinic
• stroke multidisciplinary clinic
• stroke and acquired brain injury recovery clinic (occupational therapy and neuropsychology clinic)
