Ongoing IT issues

In summer 2022, our community services were affected by national IT problems involving the system used to manage appointments and patient care.

These systems are back up and running. Our teams are going through the careful process of updating our electronic patient records with information relating to referrals, appointments and visits from the period of the IT outage.

We apologise if these IT problems have caused any delays.
