The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers you support, information and assistance.

PALS can...

  • give you information about our services
  • listen to your comments, compliments or concerns
  • help you to resolve, any problems or issues that you have with our services
  • give you information about our formal complaints process and independent advocacy services.
