Who to refer
We accept referrals from GPs and hospital consultants. We cannot accept self referrals.
How to refer
We accept written referrals by email or post.
Please send your referrals to us using the contact details in the green box on this page.
An EU reciprocal arrangement is in place for patients living outside the UK. Appointments will only be given on receipt of funding from the patient’s local health authority.
Emergency referrals
Please contact the assistant service manager directly by telephone on 020 7188 3959.
Urgent referrals
Please mark urgent referrals as urgent. All referrals are vetted when received and given priority according to medical need.
Urgent referrals are seen within two weeks of receiving referral.
