How to refer a parent or carer to the counselling service
Our counselling service supports parents and carers of children in the care of Evelina London.
Parents and carers may refer themselves directly or referrals can be made by a healthcare professional.
Please complete the counselling service referral form (Word 247KB) or bereavement counselling referral form (Word 248KB) and send it to us by post or email.
Referral forms can also be completed over the phone, or in person with the counselling team.
