Physiotherapy referrals

Referrals are accepted from GPs, midwives, consultants and local physiotherapists.

All NHS GP referrals must be submitted using the NHS e-Referral Service.

Other referrers should send the referral by email to gst-tr.ELCHPaedOrthoReferrals@nhs.net. You can also post your referral form to the address found in the referrals box on this page.
