How to make a referral 

Our service is for children and young people who are:

  • Attending school in Lambeth or Southwark (except private/independent schools and some alternative provisions).
  •  Not in education in Lambeth but living in Lambeth, for example, home schooled or out of education.
  • Age ranges from reception class, until their 19th birthday.

For young people and parents or carers

If you are a young person aged 11-19 and want to see your school nurse or ask a question you can: call 0203 049 4777 or text 07507 332150. Find out about ChatHealth.

For professionals

To check on the progress of your referral you can contact the School Nursing Access point on: 0203 049 4777. Opening hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm except Bank Holidays.
