How to make a referral
Our service is for children and young people who are:
- Attending school in Lambeth or Southwark (except private/independent schools and some alternative provisions).
- Not in education in Lambeth but living in Lambeth, for example, home schooled or out of education.
- Age ranges from reception class, until their 19th birthday.
For young people and parents or carers
If you are a young person aged 11-19 and want to see your school nurse or ask a question you can: call 0203 049 4777 or text 07507 332150. Find out about ChatHealth.

To check on the progress of your referral you can contact the School Nursing Access point on: 0203 049 4777. Opening hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm except Bank Holidays.
