MyChart can help you with your care at our hospitals and community services, like getting test results, seeing your medical record and viewing future appointments.

Your parent or carer might also access your account to help you with this.

Access for your parents and carers

Proxy access is when a parent, family member or carer can access parts of your MyChart account. They’ll have their own log in details, but will be able to see some of your information. This means that you can have support to manage your healthcare.
